Shipping and delivery

How long does shippment take?

From 1 to 3 working days. This may vary depending on stock availability, in which case you will be notified immediately after receiving the order.

Can we buy if we are out of Spain?

Can I track my order?

Yes, at all times. When you place your order you will recieve an e-mail with a tracking number with which you can request the state of your order.

How can I know if my order has been shipped?

You will automatically receive a confirmation notification when your order has been shipped.

Can another person sign the receipt of my order?

We want to make things as easy as possible and we allow anyone else from the shipping address to receive the order. The shipping service will require someone to sign the receipt in order to receive the package. This signature will be stored on paper or digitally for security reasons. Any signature on the delivery address will be considered as a proof that we have delivered your order successfully.

Can I change the address of the order?

On all on-line orders we admit an alternative shipping address than the address of your account or credit card address. For security reasons this service is available at our discretion, and we reserve the right to ship only to the billing address (associated with the card) or verify further details with our clients prior to shipping to a different address.

If you made a mistake when entering your address, please contact us immediately to change the address.

What happens if I’m not at home when the package arrives?

If the carrier can not obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address, it will be returned to the nearest distribution center. The carrier will leave a notice with instructions for collection or delivery retry.
